Will this mount fit my monitor? Please confirm the monitor size is within 32 inches, the VESA pattern is either 75x75mm or 100x100mm, and the weight is between 4.4-17.6 lbs.

Will this mount fit my desk? Please ensure that the desk thickness is between 0.39-3.15 inches for the clamp mount, or between 0.39-1.57 inches with a hole diameter of 0.39-2.36 inches for the grommet mount.

What is the solution if my monitor's VESA pattern is different? If your monitor's VESA pattern is 200x100mm or 200x200mm, contact us for a free VESA adapter. If it exceeds this range, you will need to purchase a suitable VESA adapter.

What if my monitor doesn't have VESA holes? You will need a Non-VESA adapter or find model MU0045 in our store.

Should I purchase a reinforcement plate to protect my desk? For heavy monitors or thin desks, we recommend purchasing a reinforcement plate (model: MU0038) to prevent damage to your desk.
